Every term. Defined.
So nothing gets lost between you, your accountant, the ATO, and the AI. Every XIntelliSync brand term, every compliance framework, every product concept — factual, citable, one source of truth.
The Trust Stack
XIntelliSync
See contextThe AI Business Operating System for Australian SMBs. 150 specialised AI agents handle accounting, CRM, payroll, invoicing and tax. Every AI action passes through four independent verification systems (IntelliX Omega, Horizon, XAVS, XGVS) before it touches the customer's business.
AI Business OS
A single platform that replaces accounting, CRM, payroll, compliance, operations and analytics software — with AI agents running the day-to-day work automatically. XIntelliSync is the Australian AI Business OS: one platform, one price, every industry.
Also known as: Business Operating System · AI-native Business OS
IntelliX Omega
See contextThe operating mind behind every XIntelliSync AI action. 29 architectural layers. 388+ engineered reasoning phases. Every question routes through the specialised phases that apply — cash flow logic, compliance cross-reference, multi-entity consolidation, regulatory timing — composed against the customer's actual data, not a generalisation.
Horizon
See contextThe always-on runtime supervision layer. Horizon observes every IntelliX Omega phase and every agent execution in production, catching drift, anomalies, degradation and phase failures as they appear. Most platforms find out their AI drifted when a customer complains. We find out before the customer does.
XAVS
See contextXIntelliSync Agent Verification System. Every launch agent is scored on 10 verification dimensions before it runs on live customer data — accuracy, calibration, safety, output integrity, regulatory currency, data contract consistency and four more. Only V1-certified agents access production books.
Also known as: XIntelliSync Agent Verification System
XGVS
See contextXIntelliSync Global Verification System. 42 platform layers. 6 verification stages. 356+ independent gates covering 34 compliance frameworks — ATO DSP, STP Phase 2, BAS, GST, Privacy Act, Fair Work, Essential 8, OWASP, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and more. Every AI action passes every gate that applies — or the action halts and tells you why.
Also known as: XIntelliSync Global Verification System
Verification Gate
A single checkpoint inside XGVS that validates one specific aspect of an AI action before it commits — e.g. GST code consistency, STP Phase 2 payload shape, super calculation exactness. 356+ gates exist across the 34 compliance frameworks XIntelliSync covers. One gate fails, the action halts.
Product Terms

Australian Compliance

STP Phase 2

Also known as: Single Touch Payroll Phase 2 · STP
TPAR — Taxable Payments Annual Report
See contextThe Taxable Payments Annual Report — an annual ATO lodgement required of businesses in specific industries (building & construction, cleaning, courier and road freight, IT services, security investigation/surveillance) that report payments made to contractors. XIntelliSync prepares TPAR data per contractor (ABN, GST status, total paid) and instructs lodgement via the ATO Business Portal.

Superannuation Guarantee (SG)
See contextThe mandatory employer superannuation contribution at 12% of Ordinary Time Earnings (OTE), in effect since 1 July 2025. The 12% rate is the final landing rate per the legislated step-up schedule that began at 9.5% in 2014. Late or missing contributions trigger the Super Guarantee Charge (SGC), which is not tax-deductible. XIntelliSync calculates SG on every pay run and prepares the SuperStream-compliant contribution file for clearing house authorisation.
Also known as: SG · Super Guarantee · Ordinary Time Earnings · OTE
ABA Payment File
See contextThe standard Australian batch-payment format created by the Australian Bankers Association (also called the Cemtex format). XIntelliSync prepares the ABA file and instructs the customer to upload via their bank portal — no banking API, no third-party-initiated payments.
Also known as: Cemtex format · Australian Bankers Association format · batch payment file
