How to Use Voice Commands in XIntelliSync

Getting Started
Voice commands are activated via the microphone icon in the top navigation:
- Click the microphone icon (or use the keyboard shortcut)
- Speak your command in natural language
- XIntelliSync processes the command and takes action or shows results
- Results appear in your current workspace
Example Commands by Category
Some of the most useful voice commands:
- Finance: "Show me overdue invoices", "What's my cash flow this month?", "Prepare BAS summary"
- Payroll: "Run payroll for this fortnight", "Show leave balances", "Calculate super liability"
