How to Import CSV and Excel Data into XIntelliSync

Every business has legacy data trapped in spreadsheets — whether it's a customer list from a previous CRM, transaction history from a retired accounting system, or an inventory count from a manual process. The Data Import Wizard gets it all into XIntelliSync.

Supported Data Types

You can import:

• Customers and contacts
• Invoices and credit notes
• Expenses and receipts
• Bank transactions
• Products and inventory
• Any structured data with identifiable columns

How to Import

The process is the same for any CSV or Excel file:

• Step 1: Navigate to Settings → Data Import
• Step 2: Select the data type you're importing
• Step 3: Upload your .csv or .xlsx file
• Step 4: The wizard reads your column headers and suggests field mappings
• Step 5: Review and adjust mappings if needed
• Step 6: Preview a sample of mapped records
• Step 7: Confirm import — records are created in XIntelliSync
