How to Import MYOB Data into XIntelliSync (CSV Migration Guide)

MYOB doesn't offer a public API for third-party integrations. If you're leaving MYOB, the migration path is: export your data as CSV files from MYOB, then import those files into XIntelliSync using the Data Import Wizard.

Step 1: Export from MYOB

In MYOB, export your data as CSV files:

• Customers/Contacts: File → Export Data → Contacts/Customers → CSV
• Invoices: File → Export Data → Sales → CSV
• Expenses: File → Export Data → Purchases → CSV
• Bank Transactions: File → Export Data → Banking → CSV
• Save each export to a location you can easily find

Step 2: Import into XIntelliSync

Use XIntelliSync's Data Import Wizard:

• Navigate to Settings → Data Import
• Select the data type (Customers, Invoices, Expenses, etc.)
• Upload your MYOB CSV file
• The wizard maps MYOB's column names to XIntelliSync's fields automatically
• Review the mapping, fix any mismatches, and confirm the import
