How to Connect Stripe to XIntelliSync for Payment Collection

Stripe processes payments. XIntelliSync manages your business. When they're connected, invoices created in XIntelliSync can be paid directly through your Stripe account — and the payment status, receipts, and financial records update automatically.

Connection Steps

Stripe uses OAuth 2.0 via Stripe Connect:

• Step 1: In XIntelliSync, go to Settings → Integrations → Stripe
• Step 2: Click "Connect Stripe Account" to begin the OAuth flow
• Step 3: Sign in to your Stripe account (or create one if you don't have one)
• Step 4: Review the permissions and authorise the connection
• Step 5: You'll be redirected back to XIntelliSync — your Stripe account is now connected

With Stripe connected, you can:

• Issue invoices in XIntelliSync and collect payment via Stripe
• Enable client payment portals (Growth+ plans)
• Track payment status automatically — no manual reconciliation
