How to Connect WooCommerce to XIntelliSync (API Key Setup)
"WooCommerce powers 39% of all online stores. Most of them reconcile orders manually."
WooCommerce powers 39% of all online stores, but most WooCommerce merchants reconcile orders manually — exporting CSV files from WordPress and importing them into their accounting software. That process breaks every month.
Connection Steps
WooCommerce uses API key authentication instead of OAuth:
- Step 1: In your WordPress admin, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API
- Step 2: Click "Add Key" — set permissions to "Read", give it a description, and generate
- Step 3: Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret (you'll only see the secret once)
- Step 4: In XIntelliSync, go to Settings → Integrations → WooCommerce
- Step 5: Enter your store URL, consumer key, and consumer secret, then click "Connect"
- Step 6: XIntelliSync validates your credentials and begins importing orders
What Syncs
Orders, refunds, and product revenue import from your WooCommerce store. Revenue flows into your P&L, GST calculations update automatically, and cash flow reflects actual payment cycles.
